NURELLE TERMS OF SERVICE (South Africa)

1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nurelle’s products and services.
By placing an order, engaging with us, or purchasing from Nurelle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nurelle operates as a South African business offering products through:
- Social media platforms
- WhatsApp and direct messaging
- Email communication
- Any website or ordering platform (if applicable)
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

- Risk transfers to you once the order has been handed to the courier

- Courier delays or failures
- Third-party platform issues (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram)
- Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you
All products are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond legal requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nurelle harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
