This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Nurelle.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotional launches

3. Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by The Courier Guy.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

4. Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time:

  • 2–7 business days (processing + delivery)

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We deliver nationwide within South Africa
  • Delivery is made directly to your provided address

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location
  • Free delivery applies to orders over R1 500

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or message

Once your order has been handed over to The Courier Guy:

  • Delivery is managed by the courier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier
  • Orders cannot be changed once they have been processed or dispatched

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No one available to receive the parcel
  • Failed contact attempts

The parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • The customer will be responsible for:
    • Return shipping fees
    • Re-delivery costs

10. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or has not arrived:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and tracking details

We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier
  • Investigations may take time depending on the courier process

11. Incorrect Delivery Information

  • Nurelle is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery
