NURELLE PAYMENT POLICY (South Africa | PayFast)

1. Overview
This Payment Policy outlines how payments are processed when you purchase from Nurelle.
By placing an order with Nurelle, you agree to this Payment Policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments through PayFast, including:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Instant EFT
- Other methods supported by PayFast
We may also accept:
- Manual EFT (where explicitly offered)
3. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Payment is required in full before your order is confirmed or processed
- Orders will only move into production or dispatch once payment has been successfully received
If payment is not completed, your order will not be fulfilled.
4. Payment Security
All online payments are securely processed via PayFast.
- Nurelle does not store or have access to your full card details
- Payment data is encrypted and handled by PayFast’s secure systems
- Your financial information is processed in accordance with industry security standards
We are not responsible for security breaches outside of our direct control, including those involving third-party payment providers.
5. Manual EFT Payments (If Applicable)
If EFT is selected:
- You must use your order number as the payment reference
- Proof of payment may be required
- Orders may be delayed if payment cannot be verified
We reserve the right to cancel orders where:
- No payment is received within a reasonable time
- Payment references are incorrect or unverifiable
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:
- The order will not be processed
- You may retry using another payment method
Nurelle is not responsible for:
- Bank declines
- Payment gateway errors
- Transaction limits set by your bank
7. Pricing and Errors
- All prices are subject to change without notice
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order, or
- Offer the correct price before proceeding
8. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed:
- Via the original payment method where possible
- Within a reasonable processing time
Refund eligibility is governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy.
We reserve the right to:
- Decline refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions
- Verify all claims before issuing refunds
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute:

Nurelle is not liable for:

- System downtime or technical issues from third-party platforms
- Losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by you
